Product Information

Epo-Line 161

Package Size: 2 gallon unit (1 gallon part A & 1 gallon part B)
Mixing Ratio: 1 part A to 1 part B
Color: Glossy dark maroon
Optimum Application Temperature: 70 degrees Fahrenheit & above (concrete temperature). If the concrete temperature is going to be less than 70 degrees Fahrenheit, T-184 thinner must be added (up to 10 %). Product should be kept in a warm area of 75 degrees Fahrenheit or above for a minimum of 24 hours prior to application.
Mixing instructions: Mix the 2 gallon unit of Epo-Line 161 in a 5 gallon bucket, then pour that mixture into a second 5 gallon bucket, making sure to crape the sides and bottom of the first bucket to remove all unmixed material. Mix the contents in the second bucket for a period of 3 minutes minimum. (This will ensure a complete mix of the material and will not leave soft spots in the completed floor or wall coating.)
Theoretical coverage: 375 sq.ft. per 2 gallon unit at 8 mils per coat. Two coats are required for proper performance and protection. If a non-slip surface is required, non-skid aluminum oxide should be broadcast onto the first coat while it is still wet.
